Return window

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason it isn't right for you, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery — no reason needed. This window applies in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal; for the full legal terms, please see our Right of Withdrawal policy.

How to request a return

Returning an item is simple. Just follow these steps:

  1. Email us at contact@mettaelectrodomesticos.shop with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We'll get back to you within one business day with a prepaid return label.
  3. Repack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging, and attach the label to the parcel.
  4. Drop the parcel off at your local postal office and keep your proof of shipment until the return is confirmed.

Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The item is complete, unused, and returned in its original packaging.
  • Any labels, tags, or protective films are still attached and undamaged.
  • Hygiene items and sealed products have not had their seal opened, as these are excluded from return once opened.

Items that don't meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

Prefer a different size, color, or item instead of a refund? We're happy to arrange an exchange as an alternative — just let us know your preference when you contact us to start the return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a little longer for the funds to appear in your account.

Return shipping costs

We cover the cost of return shipping — you won't be charged for sending an eligible item back to us.

Warranty

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer contracting with us for personal, non-business purposes, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason and without incurring any costs other than those described below.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

You may use any clear statement setting out your decision to withdraw; it is not necessary to use a specific form, as long as the statement is unambiguous. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

Reimbursement of Payments

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Returning the Goods

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
