Order processing and handling time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team gets to work preparing it for shipment. Orders are typically processed and handed off to the carrier within 1-2 business days. This handling time covers picking, packing, and preparing your order for dispatch, and is separate from the transit time once the parcel is on its way to you.
Shipping regions
We currently ship to the United States and Spain. If your delivery address falls outside these regions, please contact us before placing an order to confirm availability.
Delivery time
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 2-4 business days to arrive, depending on your location and the carrier's schedule. This delivery estimate is in addition to the handling time above, so the total time from order placement to arrival is the sum of both periods.
Shipping costs
All orders qualify for free shipping. Any shipping charges that may apply are always shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order, so you know exactly what you're paying with no surprises.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll automatically receive an email containing a tracking link. You can use this link at any time to check the current status and location of your parcel as it makes its way to you.
Delays, loss, or damage in transit
While we work hard to ensure every order arrives safely and on time, issues can occasionally occur during shipping. If your parcel arrives damaged, appears to be lost, or doesn't reach you within the stated timeframe, please contact us right away at contact@mettaelectrodomesticos.shop. We'll look into it promptly and work with you to resolve the issue.
