1. Scope and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern every order placed through the Electrodomesticos online store ("we", "us", "our") by both consumers and businesses. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Conclusion of Contract
Product listings in our online store do not constitute legally binding offers on our part; they are an invitation for you to place an order. When you click the order button at checkout, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an automatic acknowledgement confirming that we have received it. This acknowledgement does not, by itself, constitute our acceptance of your order. The contract of sale is only concluded when we send you a separate order acceptance email or when we ship the goods to you, whichever occurs first.
4. Prices, Currency, and Shipping Costs
All prices displayed on our product pages are shown in Euros (EUR) and include statutory VAT and any other applicable price components. Any shipping costs applicable to your order are clearly displayed during checkout, before you confirm and place your order, so that you always know the total cost prior to payment.

The payment methods available to you will be presented at checkout. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
6. Delivery
We currently ship to the United States and Spain. Orders are processed with a handling time of 1-2 business days, followed by a delivery time of 2-4 business days once the order has shipped. Any additional shipping details specific to your order, including the applicable delivery estimate for your destination, are shown at checkout.
We offer free shipping on orders. Any shipping costs beyond what is offered for free, if applicable, will always be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
7. Retention of Title
The goods you order remain our property until they have been paid for in full.
8. Right of Withdrawal, Returns, and Exchanges
As a consumer, you benefit from a statutory right of withdrawal. In addition, we offer a return window of 30 days from the date of delivery within which you may return your order.
Return shipping costs are covered by us as the merchant; you will not be charged for shipping the item back. Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 days. As an alternative to a refund, we also offer exchanges, should you prefer to receive a different item instead.

9. Warranty
In addition to any statutory warranty rights you may have as a consumer, products purchased from us are covered by a warranty period of 2 years from the date of delivery. If you believe a product is defective within this period, please contact us using the details in Section 2 so that we can assist you.
10. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution ("ODR") platform, which you can access here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not, however, willing or obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
11. Governing Law and Severability
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If any individual provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue to apply in full.
